Verdicts
Verdicts is the live stream of every decision Kaizen has made, newest first, with a triage workflow.

Each row shows the time, the agent, the feed it came from (mapped to its attach rung), the decision, and the reason. A reasoning-judge verdict carries a purple judge badge with its confidence; deterministic flags read like undeclared: ..., behavioral anomaly: ..., or policy: ....
Triage
The tabs filter by status: Open (untriaged, the default), Acknowledged, False positives, Resolved, and All. On any flag you can:
- Acknowledge or Resolve to clear it from the queue.
- False positive to suppress that exact signature, so the same flag does not fire again.
- Learn it to fold the action into the agent's baseline and declaration, so it becomes normal behaviour from now on.
Find and inspect
Filter by decision and feed, search the reason text, and page through with Load more. Export CSV downloads the current view. Click any row to open a detail drawer with the full action payload, the evidence, the source and confidence, and inline triage actions.
Verdicts also leave the console: configure exports to Slack, Datadog, Splunk, or any endpoint.
