Slack

Send blocks and behavioral anomalies straight to a Slack channel.

  1. In Slack, create an incoming webhook for the channel you want.
  2. In the Kaizen console, open Webhooks and add the Slack webhook URL. Kaizen recognizes Slack URLs automatically and formats messages for them.
  3. Pick the events to send (blocks, anomalies).

Each alert names the agent and the reason, for example:

:no_entry: Kaizen: Blocked action Agent support-bot blocked domain: evil.com

Slack incoming webhooks do not verify a signature, so none is sent. For your own endpoints, Kaizen signs every delivery with X-Kaizen-Signature; see Webhooks.
