Slack
Send blocks and behavioral anomalies straight to a Slack channel.
- In Slack, create an incoming webhook for the channel you want.
- In the Kaizen console, open Webhooks and add the Slack webhook URL. Kaizen recognizes Slack URLs automatically and formats messages for them.
- Pick the events to send (blocks, anomalies).
Each alert names the agent and the reason, for example:
:no_entry: Kaizen: Blocked action Agent
support-botblocked domain: evil.com
Slack incoming webhooks do not verify a signature, so none is sent. For your own endpoints, Kaizen signs every delivery with X-Kaizen-Signature; see Webhooks.
