Single sign-on (SSO)

Kaizen supports enterprise SSO through SAML 2.0, so your team signs in with your existing identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace).

How it works

On the sign-in screen, choose Sign in with SSO and enter your work email domain. If your organization has SSO configured, you are redirected to your identity provider and back into the console.

Setting it up

SSO is available on the Scale plan. To enable it for your organization:

  1. Email us at hello@getkaizen.io with your identity provider and the domains you want to bind.
  2. We register your SAML connection (entity id, ACS URL, and your IdP metadata).
  3. Your users sign in with Sign in with SSO using your domain.

Once bound, every sign-in for your domain goes through your IdP, so you control access centrally.
